Interesting article on so-called "Nixonmaxxing" among our vice-president and young supporters of DJT.

Richard Nixon created the EPA, signed (rather than veto) Title IX legislation, supported wage and price controls, and was one of the fathers of detente. His was arguably one of the most liberal presidencies of the latter half of the 20th century.

This begs the question of what it is about Nixon, other than his Watergate criminality, that JD Vance and others find so estimable about him now.
